Jeff Schwalm and his ROC were masterful as Schwalm fired a par 54 on the red tees to orange baskets layout to win the Roy Carter Memorial One Disc Tournament on Aug. 18. Michael Martin also used a ROC to finish second at 61.  Chris Faunce and his GLIDE finished third at 62 and Stan Juchno used a WOLF to fire a 64 and finish fourth.  Participants, their order of finish, disc used, and scores were:   1) Jeff Schwalm, ROC, 54; 2) Michael B.
